Great Escape Mentor Program

The Leadership Mentor Program connects Seasonal Leadership team members with experienced full-time leaders to support professional growth, development, and success. Through one-on-one mentorship, participants gain valuable insight, guidance, and real-world perspective to help strengthen their leadership skills and career path. Eligible Supervisors and Leads who are in good standing are encouraged to apply. Matthew Buck - Operations Supervisor
With leadership experience across multiple Six Flags parks, Matthew focuses on delivering safe, seamless, and memorable guest experiences while building strong, confident teams. Leading with a servant leadership mindset, he prioritizes mentorship, support, and development. Believing that empowered teams are the foundation of exceptional operations. Matthew’s background includes roles at Six Flags New England and Six Flags Great Adventure, along with his current position as Operations Supervisor and work as Faculty with International Ride Training. His approach centers on safety, operational consistency, and developing future leaders who can thrive in high-energy environments. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys skiing, visiting theme parks, following baseball, and finding the best slice of pizza.

Brandon DeMarsh - Operations Manager
​
Overseeing several key areas of the park, including Admissions, Entertainment, Park Services, and Rides, Brandon focuses on delivering a strong guest experience while keeping operations running efficiently across multiple departments. Brandon’s background includes a range of leadership roles across the organization, from Human Resources to Aquatics, giving a well-rounded perspective on both people and operations. Brandon also gained unique experience as a Short-Term Advisor supporting the opening of Six Flags Qiddiya City. With a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Global Supply Chain Management, Brandon is passionate about training, guest service, and building strong, effective teams. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys hiking with his dog, golfing, and staying active through sports.

Timothy Haskell - Entertainment Supervisor
Leading Entertainment at the park, Timothy brings a creative, production-driven approach to shaping shows, seasonal events, and overall guest experiences. From developing live entertainment to overseeing large-scale offerings like Fright Fest, the focus is on delivering immersive, memorable experiences that stand out and keep guests coming back. Timothy’s background spans decades in theater and live production, including directing more than 20 Off-Broadway productions and over 40 additional shows in New York City. As the creator of the long-running “Nightmare” Halloween experience and a founding force behind Escape The Room in the U.S., Timothy blends storytelling, design, and business strategy in everything he does. With a degree from NYU and experience teaching theater at multiple institutions, he brings both creative vision and leadership experience to the role. Outside of work, Timothy continues to direct theater locally, has experience as a specialty food business owner, and enjoys basketball both as a player and referee.

Parker Jordon - Public Safety Supervisor
Overseeing safety, security, and loss prevention operations across the resort, Parker plays a key role in maintaining a secure environment for both guests and team members. The role requires strong situational awareness, quick decision-making, and a leadership approach that emphasizes accountability and leading from the front. Parker’s background includes a wide range of leadership and operational experience, from public safety and emergency response to roles in entertainment, retail, and team leadership. Service as a Firefighter and EMT, including leadership positions within Queensbury Central Fire, has helped shape a practical, hands-on approach to safety and team leadership. With a focus on employee satisfaction, retention, and training, Parker is committed to building strong, reliable teams. Outside of work, Parker enjoys golfing, working on cars and motorcycles, and traveling.

Jessie Lally - Public Safety Supervisor
Jessie serves as a Public Safety Supervisor, focused on supporting day-to-day operations across patient care, safety, and security. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Jessie works closely with frontline team members by providing real-time coaching, guidance, and leadership to help build confidence and ensure strong performance across the team. With hands-on experience in emergency response, including both medical and security incidents, Jessie brings a calm, steady approach to high-pressure situations, with an emphasis on clear communication and accountability. Jessie has completed New York State leadership training and continues to invest in professional growth through EMT continuing education and workforce development initiatives. Passionate about team development, safety, and continuous improvement, Jessie also enjoys spending time with family, volunteering in outdoor leadership, community cooking, and ongoing learning.

Duncan Mularz - Maintenance Business Manager
Duncan serves as Maintenance Business Manager, where he leads capital projects across the resort while managing the department’s overall spending. His work includes major initiatives like The Bobcat, Hellblock VI, and the Front Gate Remodel, giving him hands-on experience balancing project execution with operational needs. Starting as a Seasonal Rides Supervisor, Duncan built his career through both field experience and education, earning a degree in mechanical engineering from Union College and an MBA from Clarkson University. He has a strong interest in leadership growth, project management, and large-scale seasonal events like Fright Fest. Outside of work, Duncan spends time with family, coaches and plays basketball, and enjoys tackling home improvement projects.

 Bradly Mulligan - Aquatics Supervisor
Bradly Mulligan is a Full Time Aquatics Supervisor, where he helps lead daily operations across both waterparks while focusing on team development, scheduling, and the overall guest experience. His role centers on keeping operations running smoothly while supporting and training aquatics team members to perform at a high level. Bradly’s journey began at the resort in 2014 as a lifeguard, and he’s steadily grown through leadership roles ever since. Now with over a decade of experience, he takes pride in developing future leaders, many of whom have gone on to succeed both within and beyond the organization. Bradly is especially passionate about building strong teams, problem-solving in real time, and preparing his staff to adapt to any situation. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his son, stays active in the gym, and enjoys coaching youth sports.

Christopher Parker - Director of Revenue
Christopher Parker serves as Director of Revenue, leading all in-park and in-lodge revenue operations across food and beverage, retail, games, attractions, and rentals. With a strong focus on both performance and guest experience, Christopher works to create programs and offerings that not only drive revenue but enhance the overall quality of the park experience. With over 20 years of experience in the theme park industry, Christopher has held a variety of leadership roles, including more than a decade at Six Flags Magic Mountain and time supporting Hurricane Harbor Phoenix after its acquisition. Christopher brings a deep understanding of how every element of a property contributes to both financial success and guest satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys caring for exotic animals, visiting theme parks and zoos, and working on cars and engines.

Madison Paquin - Marketing Manager
Working across Group Sales, social media, and public relations, Madison plays a key role in promoting events and shaping how guests experience the park before they even arrive. From coordinating corporate and school events to building engagement online, the focus of the role centers on creating memorable experiences and strong connections with guests. Madison’s background includes time leading events as an Events Manager, along with hands-on experience training teams in previous hospitality roles. Participation in the Disney College Program helped build a foundation in business leadership and guest service that continues to influence day-to-day work. With a strong focus on guest experience and team collaboration, Madison values the impact of cross-department teamwork in delivering successful events. Outside of work, Madison enjoys creative hobbies like crocheting, drawing, and painting, has experience coaching volleyball, and is enjoying life with a new baby.

Lauren Peltier - Aquatics Supervisor
Overseeing operations at both White Water Bay and Hurricane Harbor, Lauren focuses on maintaining strong day-to-day performance while leading the training and development of lifeguard teams. A key part of Lauren’s role is ensuring staff are prepared, confident, and ready to deliver a safe and positive guest experience. Lauren’s journey began as a lifeguard in 2014, later growing into a lead role before stepping away briefly and returning in 2021 to take on a full-time leadership position. That experience has provided a unique perspective on both team culture and operational expectations. Lauren has a strong interest in training and developing others, and outside of work enjoys reading and spending time with a dog, Squirrel, and a cat, Churro.

Riley Perillo - Aquatics Manager
Riley Perillo leads Aquatics as the park’s Aquatics Manager, overseeing both resort waterparks while also serving as the StarGuard Elite Training Center Director. Riley’s role centers heavily on developing teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operations run smoothly across all aquatic areas. Riley’s background spans several unique environments, from ride operations and training at Six Flags Darien to guest experience leadership at the Buffalo Zoo, and later managing attractions and aquatics at the Hattiesburg Zoo where Riley helped bring a new waterpark to life. With a degree in Business Administration and multiple industry certifications, Riley has a strong passion for training and operations. Outside of work, Riley enjoys fishing, traveling, and sim-racing.

Holly Rolleston - Public Safety Manager
Bringing nearly a decade of experience in safety, security, and emergency response at the resort and having grown through the organization from Loss Prevention Supervisor to Public Safety Supervisor and now Manager, Holly plays a key role in leading teams, strengthening communication, and supporting a safe environment for both guests and employees. With a background in Criminal Justice and multiple certifications including EMT, Licensed Security Guard Instructor, and Certified Amusement Safety Associate, Holly combines hands-on expertise with a strong focus on training and education. Holly is passionate about building effective teams, improving communication, and developing others through consistent training and support. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with family, cheering on children at baseball games, bartending, and reading.
